This is where your tennis journey begins! Cover the basics and start to see the improvement straight away. Our Intro to Tennis sessions allow you to learn the core fundamentals that will enable you to give tennis ago. Coaches will help you find a level of ability so you can experience the game as well as giving suggestions on what other adult sessions might be relevant for you in the future.

Group Coaching

Group sessions are a great value way to develop skills playing with and against others of a similar standard. Our LTA-qualified coaches co-ordinate the group through structured drills, giving tips to each player to enable improvement. Many of our players have developed a real love for tennis through group coaching, meeting other like-minded people and finding an easy way to stay active during the week. Some of our older players even claim it has given them a new lease of life!
