Refer A Friend To Camp

How does it work?

It’s simple! If you’ve booked camp with us before, you can refer your friends and family that have never been to/booked camp, and for every person that books on your recommendation, we’ll reward you both! They will get £20 off their first camp booking, and you will get £20 off your next camp booking.

What’s the process?

1. You make a booking for camp.
2. You send your camp booking reference (PT number) with your full name to friends and family that have never been to/booked camp before and would love to join the fun.
3. Your friend/family member calls us on 01865 689 754 and books their camp space, giving your camp booking reference (PT number) and full name when they do.
4. They then get £20 off their booking total. Once payment has been taken, we will email you with your £20 off code to use on a future camp booking!

How many people can I refer?

As many as you’d like! There’s no limit to the number of people you can refer, as long as they’ve never been to/booked camp before.

How many £20 discounts can I redeem on one booking?

Also as many as you like! If you’ve accumulated a few and would like to use them all at once, you’re more than welcome to. Each discount will be valid for 12 months from when you receive it.

How will you know it’s me that’s referred them?

When making your referral, you’ll give your friend/family member your camp booking reference (also known as the PT number) and your full name – e.g. PT123456, John Smith. They will then call us to book and give us both your name and your camp booking reference. With this information we will be able to allocate the £20 off to your account, and email you to let you know it’s there.

Where do I find my booking reference/PT number?

This will be in the confirmation email you received when you booked camp. If you no longer have this email, no worries, you can also find it under the ‘Recent Purchases’ section of your account.

Can I refer someone who has been to coaching before?

Yes. If the person you are referring has been to coaching or booked courts, but not been to/booked camp before, you can refer them.

Terms and Conditions

• Discounts have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• You must have had a camp booking/been referred by someone who has previously booked camp.
• You can only be referred once as a new camp booker. If you have been referred multiple times before ever booking camp, you will only be able to use one referrer’s name and camp reference number to claim one discount.
• If you have booked courts or coaching previously but never been to/booked camp, you can be referred.
• Discounts cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Camp discounts cannot be used on court booking or coaching.
• We reserve the right to retract discount from the referrer if the person that was referred cancels their booking.
• Payment must be taken for the first time camp booker before the individual that referred them can receive their discount.
• Camp discounts cannot be redeemed against existing bookings.
• Booking is subject to availability and works on a first-come-first-served basis.
